For the OC Real Estate Agent (118714) qualification, learners are required to complete three compulsory components:
- Knowledge
- Practical
- Workplace
- All assessments must be conducted by a registered Service Seta constituent assessor and moderated by a registered Services Seta moderator.
- Upon successful completion of all three components, the Skills Development Provider (SDP) must issue the learner with a tamper-proof Statement of Results, confirming readiness to write the EISA exam.
- It is important to note that the Statement of Results is valid for a period of two (2) years from the date of submission.
- The SDP is also responsible for registering the learner for the External Integrated Summative Assessment (EISA) at least three (3) months prior to the scheduled exam date.
Example:
- Exam date: 09 March
- Registration deadline: 09 December
- The Statement of Results and all supporting documentation must be submitted to the QCTO and provided to the approved assessment centre involved.
- In some cases, the AQP (Assessment Quality Partner) will book the assessment centre. Learners should note that assessment centre fees vary, typically ranging between R2 500 and R6 000. Always check whether the cost of the assessment centre is included in the training price or not as this cost is applicable to the learner.
